| Details: | SUMMARY: Quarterly coliform sample psositive for TC DETAILS: Discussed situation with operator, the operator seemed to be a bit in the dark about the procedures to follow after they received the positive result. I explained that usually 4 repeat samples are taken before chlorination is needed. If Chlorination is required then another sample must be taken after chlorine residual is gone. ACTION NEEDED: Routine sample after chlorination and 5 routine samples next sampling period. | ||
