| Details: | SUMMARY: System received several positives for E.Coli 9-12-2006. DETAILS: Spoke with stem contact and he stated that the chlorinator had not been monitored and had been out of chlorine for some time. He has been working with the system to provide the correct concentration and feels he just about figured out the correct dosage needed for the system. I visited the facility and confirmed a chlorine residual of 1.2 parts per million for the system. ACTION NEEDED: Five routine samples next sampling cycle. | ||
