| Details: | DETAILS: System required to take 5 routines in August following positive routine in July. 2 of the 5 routines, positive. One of 2 subsequent repeats positive as well. Discussed with operator Mark several times. Operator has been installing new dedicated sample taps at new locations and suspect this was some of the problem. System has taken 5 routines in September and all absent. Spoke with Mark on 9-21-06 and discussed Public Notice. He will send out PN in letter before October 6, 2006 (30 days). ACTION NEEDED: Send PN letter and go back to one month. | ||
