| Details: | SUMMARY: @ of 5 routine samples on 9-5-2006 positive to TC DETAILS: 9-7-06 Samples collected at the well and space number seven tested positive for total coliform. I called and left a voicemail for Jerry requesting that he call me back. He never called me back. 9-13-06 Neilson Lab confirmed that repeat samples collected at space 7,20,4,37 and the well tested negative for TC (five samples rather than four appear to be a result of confusion on the part of the operator between five routines and four repeats). I had the lab change the samples to a repeat designation. ACTION NEEDED: Five routine samples need to be collected in the month of October. | ||
