| Details: | SUMMARY: 2 of 3 routine samples collected on 9-21-22, 2006 positive TC and E.Coli DETAILS: 9-26-06 - I called and left a message for Lee to contact me as soon as possible. 9-26-06 Lee called me back and I schedule a survey of this system for 9-27 at 10 AM. The system was shock chlorinated on 9/25 prior to repeat sampling. 9-27-06 I performed a sanitary survey and collected 4 repeat samples. 9-29-06 - Per Nielson Research - all four samples tested negative for Coliform. I called Lee and notified him of the results. I encourage him to take special samples weekly basis for the next couple of weeks to verify that there is no re-growth. ACTION NEEDED: Lee should increase monitoring frequency with special samples and return to quarterly routine sampling. | ||
