Details: DETAILS: System had positive routine on 9-22-06. Took one repeat on 9-27-06 and 3 repeats on 9-29-06 following my phone call to owner Kathy. New manager is Cheryl. Discussed PN if needed with Cheryl and 5 routines during October. ACTION NEEDED: Take 5 routine samples during October and if all absent, go back to quarterly sampling.
