| Details: | SUMMARY: On-Site Visit Disussion on ERP and SVSA plans DETAILS: 9-7-06 - I met with Wendy and went over the ERP plan and Security Vulnerability Self-Assessment requirements. I left Wend with the packets and instructions on how to complete them. She will return the ERP to our office for review upon completion. ACTION NEEDED: The ERP needs to be completed and reviewed. The Self- Assessment needs to be completed. The proof of completion form needs to be submitted. | ||
