Details: Received conformation from system owner regarding follow up and corrections of Significant deficiencies from sanitary survey on 9-11-2019. Communication included pictures of secured hatches of both reservoirs, pictures of pump houses having been cleaned and all chemicals removed and copy of Emergency Response Plan. Operator also confirmed that O and M had been developed and completed.
