Details:	SUMMARY: Informal enforcement/sampling requirements letter DETAILS: I called Pastor Beltran on 10/18/06 because his water system is in violation for not sampling coliform during the first 3 quarters of 2006. In addition, they have not yet sampled for Lead and Copper and have only sampled VOCs and SOCs during the first quarter of 2006. Pastor Beltran appologized because they are new at this. I told him he needed to sample for coliform and 5 Lead and Copper right away. I also told him I would write up a letter explaining his requirements, along with a copy of the Sanitary Survey sent in November 2005. I mailed and e-mailed the letter, survey, and fact sheets on 10/24/06. ACTION NEEDED: Await results of the coliform, Lead and Copper, SOC, and VOC samples.
