| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive total coliform routine sample DETAILS: I received an alert for a positive total coliform routine sample taken on 10/19/06. I spoke with Pastor Beltran on 10/23/06. Pastor Beltran said the lab had called the secretary and told her to take 4 repeats. I said that was correct and that he would need to take 5 routines next month as well. I asked him to call me with the results of the repeat samples. ACTION NEEDED: Await results of the 4 repeat samples. | ||
