| Details: | SUMMARY: Assistance in adding delivery flow meter DETAILS: The Laurelwood Water Users supply drinking water to approximately 200 persons in a small rural water system. The water source is two springs. Water flows from the springs to a reservoir. The water system experienced some coliform positives. In response, the operator was closing thr reservoir with granulated calcium hypochlorite. The Washington County Health Department contacted the CR to assist with selection of a more permanent chlorination system. Actions Performed: Visited water system. Discussed issued with Mr. Carr. Complete equipment recommendation on for basic table t chlorinator. ACTION NEEDED: Assist further with installation recommendations. | ||
