| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive routine total coliform result. DETAILS: On October 24, 2006, the water system was routinely sampled for coliforms and the result was positive for total coliforms. I called the system to explain the required follow-up action. On 10/31/06, I spoke with George Herr and explained the requirements for repeat sampling and additional routine sampling. (Herr is substituting for Scott Arlin, the primary administrative contact for the system.) I also faxed this information to Herr at his worksite (FAX: 503-690-0355. ACTION NEEDED: Water system must complete required sampling. | ||
