| Details: | SUMMARY: Received request from CWS for assistance with controls and automation problems DETAILS: Junction City owns and operates a community water system composed of a variety of facilities including five well pump stations, a tower tank, a ground tank, and a booster pump station that draws from the ground tank. The primary purpose of the ground tank is to provide storage for fire emergency flows however it is used any time the system distribution pressure drops below 50 psi. No provision currently exists to cycle the water stored in the above ground tank. The CWS requested help in developing a strategy for maintaining minimum chlorine residuals ion the above-ground tank ACTION NEEDED: Answer questions generated by the report. | ||
