| Details: | SUMMARY: Chlorine residual level is 0 DETAILS: I received an alert for 0 chlorine residual. I spoke with Pamela on 11/1/06 who called the lab that does the sampling and lab said the residual was non-detectable. Pamela said they are only checking the chlorine residual once per week and that she has new managers that arent familiar with proper operations. I told her to bump the chlorine up so that she can detect a residual of at least 0.2 mg/L and to test and record the residual daily. I also told her Id send her a copy of the 2004 Sanitary Survey with a letter explaining the chlorine requirements so that she could share it with her managers. ACTION NEEDED: Send Pamela a letter and copy of Sanitary Survey. | ||
