| Details: | SUMMARY: Alert Response for Total Coliform Positive DETAILS: I called Allen Kvarme to discuss follow up to the TC positive test on 9-12-06. This is the second month that a routine coliform test has been TC positive. I advised Allen to talk to Doug at Coffey Lab to make sure he is letting the water run for 3 to 5 minutes and then flaming (or using alcohol) the threads before grabbing the sample. I also told him that he needs to do 4 repeat samples as soon as possible. He said that he would do this and call me with the results. Sincere there is no sample tap at the well head, all repeats will have to be from the distribution system. If the repeats clear, he plans to contact Joe Phillips to have a sample take at the well. ACTION NEEDED: Wait for results of repeats. | ||
