Details: SUMMARY: 4th Quarter routine taken 10-6-06 positive TC DETAILS: Talked to Steve, he said that they had a pump in the well replaced and the coliform test was done about 2 days later. Hes not sure if the pump installers disinfected lime they should have as he was away on vacation. We talked about disinfection, sampling location/technique, and he indicated he wanted to go ahead and disinfect. He will take 4 repeats after disinfecting the well and waiting for the bleach to flush out. ACTION NEEDED: He asked me to send him a copy of disinfection procedures.
