| Details: | SUMMARY: Monthly Routine taken 10-19-06 positive TC DETAILS: Called Tim, reminded him to do 4 repeats a.s.a.p. He said they are scheduled to be done this week. I asked if he had any idea why the sample was positive and he does not. I asked him to call if any of them are positive b/c he will then need to do a Public Notice. If the RPs are al negative he knows to do 5 routines in November, then return to 1 per month after that. ACTION NEEDED: No further action needed at this time. | ||
