| Details: | DETAILS: Routine coliform on 10/4 positive. Discussed with operator Mike 10/5. System already took 3 repeats and one at same sample site positive. Discussed need for 4 repeats. Mike took 3 more repeats 10/05. One from same facility but different sample tap and one sample from both neighboring homes. All 3 of these absent. Mike suspects kitchen tap in office is bad sample tap. One of 3 repeats will be replacement. All samples absent except for 2 at same kitchen tap. ACTION NEEDED: Mike will draft letter explaining replacement sample for kitchen tap sample to be invalidated. Take 5 routines in November. | ||
