| Details: | SUMMARY: Monthly Routine taken 10-03-06 positive TC DETAILS: Called Mr. Roberts. He said it was raining while the sample taker guy was collecting the sample, and Irvin saw rain drops into the bottle but the sample guy didnt and Irvin actually said something to him t the time and that the sample would probably fail, but the sampler didnt seem concerned, and sure enough it failed. 4 repeats have already been taken and all were absent for coliform according to Irvin. He knows he needs to do 5 temporary routines in November. ACTION NEEDED: No further action needed at this time. | ||
