Details: SUMMARY: Positive total coliform - Initiate Coliform Sampling Plan DETAILS: 9/26 - Spoke with Sarah regarding 3 of the 4 repeat samples on 8-18-06 were positive. One sample on 9-25-06 was positive. Discussed chlorinated process chlorinate-flush-resample (specials). 10-6-06 Conducted sanitary survey - Reservoir needs repair. Take 2 coliform samples/month. ACTION NEEDED: Called Sara and told her to contact Teresa (lab) to initiate follow-up sampling.
