| Details: | SUMMARY: 0.4 MG of unchlorinated water sent to Salem distribution 11/05/05. Much of the water was diverted with BOs on the transmission lines.. DETAILS: Sunday 11/05/06 Chlorinator shutoff by false alarm. Water was sent to distribution with no disinfection treatment. ACTION NEEDED: City collected about 70 bacteria samples and checked for free chlorine residuals. After 4 days of testing the results were: Chlorine reidual found everywhere at usual levels | ||
