| Details: | SUMMARY: Improperly constructed waterline complaint DETAILS: Keith called to ask where the plumbing code applied in the case of a public water system. He was actually asking about "registered utility districts", but I told him we consider it within the definition of a public water system. I explained the jurisdiction before the meter (PWS) and after (plumbing). We also discussed our plan review submittal and approval requirements. I looked up Antelope in our plan review database and there were no waterline extensions approved or submitted. He asked what we do if something was done that does not meet our construction standards, and without a PE, and I told him I thought it sounded like a legal issue. ACTION NEEDED: I will talk to Tom Charbonneau to see if there is anything else we should do. | ||
