| Details: | SUMMARY: Sanitary Survey Deficiency Follow up DETAILS: Well Construction Deficiency: 1-Deficiency-The well lacks a raw water sample tap. 1-Correction-The well has a raw water sample tap located in the pump house on the line coming from the well. The deficiency has been corrected. Management Deficiencies-The system lacks an Emergency Response Plan. 2-Correction-This system has an Emergency Response Plan in place. This deficiency has been corrected. 3-Deficiency-Opertor CEUs are not being maintained. 3-Correction-This system has a certified operator in place. This violation has been corrected. | ||
