| Details: | SUMMARY: Sanitary Survey Deficiencies Follow up DETAILS: 1-No treated sample tap. System has installed a treated sample tap after storage of treated water. This deficiency has been corrected. 2-CT values not met at all times. Chlorine residuals have been maintained between 0.3-0.4 ppm daily. This deficiency has been corrected. 3-No ordinance or enabling authority. I have enclosed examples for your convenience. This deficiency has not been corrected. 4- No working pressure gauge to determine system pressure. A gauge was installed and pressure is 80 psi This deficiency has been corrected. 5- Required monitoring is not current, specifically TTHM and HAA5 have not been monitored. TTHM and HAA5 were monitored on 5-10-06. This deficiency has been corrected. ACTION NEEDED: 6-No operations and maintenance manual. This deficiency has been corrected. 7-Consumer Confidence Reports not sent to users each year. Certified through DHS DWP on April 5, 2006. This deficiency has been corrected. | ||
