| Details: | SUMMARY: Cross Connection Control Program Coliform Samplng Plan assistance DETAILS: PWS does not have an acceptable XC Control enabling authority. Mr. Cistone requested assistance with the coliform sampling plan. Actions Performed: Reviewed the basic contents of an enabling authority and backflow and backsiphonage conditions that may impact the system. I left him some material so he can better understand what the program is about. For the coliform sampling plan, I picked some sites for sampling points based on his dist. Map and discussed his sampling protocol. ACTION NEEDED: I will prepare his sampling plan and email it to him for review and then make changes as necessary and send him a hard copy. I will develop his enabling authority that meets DWP criteria and then meet with him again and thoroughly go over the document with him. | ||
