| Details: | SUMMARY: Assistance on Cross Connection Program, ASR Colifrom sampling plan ERP DETAILS: Referred by Karne Kelly, DWP for assistance with deficiencies identified in 2006 Sanitary Survey. XC Enabling authority not on record, no current annual summary report (ASR), no ERP/VA developed. Actions Performed: I reviewed the purpose of the XC enabling authority and discussed potential and existing cross connection situations in the MHP. I also left info about what cross connections are and how to protect the water system and the importance of educating the residents. I evaluated the park water map and determined where coliform sample sites should be chosen. I gave a brief review on ERP and how to fill out necessary water system info and what to look for to include in a security plan. ACTION NEEDED: I will develop the coliform sample plan and send to Mr. Myers for review and comment. I will develop the XC enabling authority and revisit the system to review its content and provide explanation and the parks responsibility. I will also provide further assistance with ERP and VA and advise on submitting proof of completion. | ||
