Details: SUMMARY: Positive TC on routine for September 2006 DETAILS: Called system to inquire about positive test. Spoke with a woman over the phone and she said that she took 4 repeat tests on 9-25-2006 and is waiting for the results. We discussed what to do if they were positive (public notice, disinfection/flushing, etc). ACTION NEEDED: Follow up on repeat test results.
