| Details: | SUMMARY: Routine Sample collected on 10-30-06 positive for TC DETAILS: The contamination was likely due to work done on the well. The well was chlorinated after being worked on but the chlorine was not allowed to sit in the system. A repeat sample was collected this time prior to the storage tank as the routine sample was not. The repeat sample was also positive for Total Coliform. 11-06-06- Vikki called and instructed me that she will be shock chlorinating the well again and has received instructions from the lab on proper shocking technique. Five to seven days after flushing the system she will take two special samples one at the wellhead and one in the distribution system. ACTION NEEDED: The system needs to be shock chlorinated and special samples need to be collected. | ||
