| Details: | SUMMARY: Total coliform positive routine sample and 4 positive repeats DETAILS: I received one alert for a total coliform positive routine sample taken on 9/6/06 and another alert for 4 total coliform positive repeat samples taken on 9/8/06. I spoke with Larry Lassiter and received a message from Travis Lamb. Travis said they decided to close early for the season as a result of the positive samples. I left a message for Travis on 9/25/06 informing him that he will have to take 5 routine samples the month they reopen. ACTION NEEDED: Await results of the 5 routine samples in April. | ||
