| Details: | E.coli positive and TC positive on 6/15 samples. Eddie shut down all water faucets, toilets and urinals. Water system has remained off. System is being shocked 6/19. If 3 follow up repeat coliform samples and a triggered are E.coli or total coliform positive, then either a boil water notice will be issued or the system will be inactivated in SDWIS. Reviewed disinfection procedure with Eddie. | ||
