| Details: | SUMMARY: total coliform positive routine sample DETAILS: I received an alert for a total coliform positive routine sample taken on 10/16/06. Gary said they had done work on the system but didnt shock and flush before taking the sample. He said he would shock and flush and I told him he is required to take 4 repeat samples within 24 hours and 5 routine samples the following month. ACTION NEEDED: Await results of the repeat and routine samples. | ||
