| Details: | SUMMARY: Sunday 11/12/06, Accidental chlorination shutdown caused by a false alarm. 0.4MG of unchlorinated water sent to Salem distribution system. We are concerned that unchlorinated water entered the purchasing systems distribution. DETAILS: Suburban E. Salem buys water from Salem. Some concern that unchlorinated water entered their distribution system. ACTION NEEDED: We discussed the incident with the operator. Due to the location of the Suburban E. Salem system and the residual for free chlorine that was idnetified at the time of the incident it appears that Suburban E.s system was sage at all time. We will not require them to issue a notice. | ||
