| Details: | SUMMARY: Invalidation of Lead copper sample site DETAILS: Sarah called to let me know that this system took 5 samples for lead and copper. 4 of the sites were taken from drinking water or processing water taps, but one was taken at a handwashing station. The system wishes to invalidate the sample taken at the handwashing station, which I approve. They will take another sample at a drinking water tap, and the round of samples will be re-submitted. ACTION NEEDED: pull round of samples taken in October, invalidate the one, and await the 5th real sample result, then submit all to data entry. | ||
