| Details: | System is a PNC. Visited store and met with Cody Ott. I informed Mr. Ott the store had accrued multiple violation points for lack of coliform results. Mr. Ott produced an empty water sample bottle and stated he has plans to collect a sample within 7 days. I requested Mr. Ott complete sampling according to the current coliform sampling schedule. Mr. Ott was agreeable in completing sampling as required. | ||
