| Details: | The public works director Kevin Fear notified me via email that a boil water notice has been posted for about 20 homes in the 500 to 600 block of S. 15th St. "We have a planned shut down going on right now for a contractor to abandon an old line and cap the end. We have shut off meter-stops to the affected homes and are onsite watching the contractor." Door notices have been hung regarding the partial boil water notice. Once the mainline has been flushed and coliform samples are non-detect at multiple appropriate locations; the city will notify affected residents that the notice has been lifted. | ||
