| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive total coliform routine sample and negative repeats DETAILS: I received an alert for a positive total coliform routine sample taken on 11/27/06. I talked with Martin St. Louis on 11/29/06 and he said he didnt know why the sample was positive, only that there was line work done but it was downstream of the sample. I told him to take 4 repeats and 5 routines in December. Martin called me on 12/6/06 to let me know the 4 repeats were negative and that he would take 5 routines in December. ACTION NEEDED: Await results of the 5 routine samples. | ||
