| Details: | SUMMARY: Chlorine residual of 0 mg/L DETAILS: I received an alert for a chlorine residual of 0 mg/L. I spoke with Randy Travis on 12/08/06 and asked whether they were chlorinating for disinfection or residual maintenance purposes. He said only for residual maintenance, so I changed the treatment process in SDWIS to reflect residual instead of disinfection. Since this is the case, I told Randy he could continue to mark "trace" for the chlorine residual. | ||
