| Details: | SUMMARY: 2 positive total coliform repeat samples DETAILS: Valerie left me a message on 12/07/06 to let me know that 2 of the 4 repeat coliform samples came out positive. I spoke with Valerie on 12/08/06 who said the positives were in the kitchen and the negatives were at the well and bar. I told Valerie to shock chlorinate and flush the system and she said she has a person who normally does that for them. I also told her to post unresolved total coliform public notice. I mailed Valerie a copy of the coliform health effects fact sheet and the public notice template and instructions. I asked her to send me a copy of the public notice within 10 days. I told her she will have to take 5 routine samples in December when the chlorine is flushed out of the system. ACTION NEEDED: Await results of the 5 routine samples in December. | ||
