| Details: | SUMMARY: Violation for Total Coliform / Resolved DETAILS: System incurred a TCR violation for November, with one of 9 routines and one of 3 repeats being positive for TC. System was flushed and re-sampled, no coliforms present. System issued Public Notice (Tier 2) via direct mail. ACTION NEEDED: Discussed sampling site location with operator. A seldom-used sampling site on a dead-end line apparently caused the problem. Advised operator to use sites identified in his coliform sampling plan. He will instruct his employees accordingly. | ||
