Details: The operator called to follow up on violations that the system has received. Let him know that the system had received a LCR monitoring violation for failure to sample in the second half of 2019. The system also did not submit a DBP sample for 9/2019. The operator will check with the lab as he thought that DBP sampling had been taken. The system has not submitted public education to OHA. The operator indicated that he had given the EPA flyer to the park manager & a letter of explanation. Reminded the operator to provide a copy to OHA. Reminded the operator that a recommendation for a LCR corrosion control treatment plan is past due. Referred to item #5 on the letter provided to the operator on 10-5-18 for details.
