| Details: | SUMMARY: Technical assistance for coliform sampling plan and O and M Manual. DETAILS: PWS does not have a written coliform sampling plan or O and M manual. Tracer study needed for chlorine contact time determination. John reviewed the system water distribution map and discussed purpose of written plan. Discussed the need for a tracer study and how to conduct it. Discussed O and M procedures as no manual is prepared. This system was purchased in April 2006 and little is known about the system. ACTION NEEDED: Initial prep of coliform sampling and O and M procedures. Will conduct field visit Dec 8 2006 for site evaluation. | ||
