| Details: | SUMMARY: CCR Consulation DETAILS: The Coos Bay Office received a list of non-reporting systems for 2005 Consumer Confidence Reports forms from DWP. This is the first of many expected responses from the Coos Bay Office for systems requiring assistance preparing the required publications. The office received multiple calls from Elaine after she had visited the DWP web site. She indicated that after downloading the information she was still not sure what was required, We discussed the purpose of the report other that the mandatory language requirements and the definitions. As the manager of the park she has an opportunity to communicate accomplishments as well as events for residents to become more aware of water conservation and ways to reduce water consumption. Probably the most important part of the web site for the novice is the section with the contributions by various systems in the section under links. I directed Elaine back to the web site to formulate a draft that would be faxed for review. ACTION NEEDED: Continue communication with Elaine in anticipation of the first draft of the Shalimar Estates MHP CCR. | ||
