| Details: | SUMMARY: Cross connection issue DETAILS: Mr. Johnson called and questioned why he had to install a back flow prevention device on his well which isnt connected to his home water system. He has spoken to Mr Darold about this requirement. Mr. Johnson stated he received a public notice that the water from the PWS was contaiminated. His wife saw Dr Thrall (Umpqua Valley Uregent care, Roseburg 541 677-6586) for an eye infection. Mr Johson said the doctor told his wife, Dianne Johnson, that the eye infection could be caused by the water. ACTION NEEDED: Referred cross connection issue to Ron Hall and water contaimination issue to Scott Curry. Mr Johnson wants return calls on both issues. | ||
