| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive total coliform routine sample DETAILS: I received an alert for a positive total coliform routine sample taken on 11/28/06. I spoke with Pastor Roger Beltran on 12/1/06 and he didnt know why the sample came out positive. I told him to take 4 repeats on 12/4/06, after the weekend, and to call me with the results. I also told him he would need to take 5 routines in December. I spoke with Pastor Beltrans secretary on 12/4/06 and she said she took the repeat samples and she had taken lead and copper samples on 11/28 as well. We also discussed the letter I sent to Pastor Beltran regarding the chemical sampling requirements and the sampling that is due. Dennis Nelson mailed them a Use Waiver letter. ACTION NEEDED: Await results of the 5 routine samples. | ||
