| Details: | SUMMARY: Operations and Maintenance Assistance DETAILS: BACKGROUND In addition to the Redwood Tank the Lamontai system has some operational issues noted as contracting needs by the regional sanitarian on the list provided by DWP. These were issues I was able to discuss at length with Andy. ACTIONS PERFORMED Operations and Maintenance Manual seems to be a challenging task for most small operations to compile although for the most part it is already done is you just put all the manuals provided with the plant in one location and pull out the significant information in a usable reference. Once Andy has all his manuals gathered we specifically intend to do work on the electrical system of a chlorinator at Well 10. If the information is incomplete I will search the web for the manual. Andy indicates he has been having some chlorine dosing problems. The problems are likely easily solved with some routine maintenance. ACTION NEEDED: Look forward to an on site visit as soon as Andy reqests scheduling |
