| Details: | I contacted the operator to let him know about the coliform positive sample from sample date . He said that the samples had been taken waiting for results. I let him know that a level 1 investigation will be required if any of the samples are coliform positive. I also reminded him that three temp routine distribution samples will be needed in July. | ||
