| Details: | SUMMARY: Four positive total coliform repeat samples collected 12/18/2006 DETAILS: Charmayne called today to report that all 4 repeat samples collected 12/18/2006 were positive for total coliform. They are not aware of any problems with the system that would cause this contamination. I emailed a copy of the public notice template along with instructions on shock chlorination and health effects information for coliform to Charmayne. Charmayne posted notice on 12/20/2006 and faxed a copy to my attention. I instructed her to collect the required 5 routine samples in January 2007. ACTION NEEDED: Await results of 5 routine samples in January 2007. | ||
