I faxed her a copy of the instructions and the template for a Tier One violation, and reminded her that it needed to be issued within 24 hours. County was also notified by phone message to Caroline Gross (541-464-3820). ACTION NEEDED: Follow-up to verify that Notice was issued and that corrective action is being taken. | ||
