| Details: | SUMMARY: Discussed recent microbiological sampling positives and non-reporting status DETAILS: Lars called to report that some recent bacteriological sample results have not been submitted to the DWP as required due to a mix up in communication with lab and facility staff. PWS has a violation for no routines during July 2006. Many recent positive bacti samples resulted in many repeats and varying sample collection. Last sample received by DWP was 6/30/06, but additional sample results are available. Lars will collect all samples from that point on and submit with a brief explanation to the DM&CA Unit. In addition, as a result of positive samples, a chlorinator was added to the system. No info on plan review. ACTION NEEDED: PWS will submit missing sample results after 6/30/06 until present to the DWP for data entry. DWP/Ag needs to check on plan review requirements and status for recently installed chlorinator. | ||
