| Details: | SUMMARY: Phone Consultation W/ Dept. of Agriculture DETAILS: On 1/10/07, I called the Department of Agriculture to confirm whether they had received a water quality alert faxed to their office earlier in the morning. Marlene acknowledged the fax was received. I advised Marlene the importance of the alert since the water system tested positive for E. coli. Marlene said Ellen Laymon was out of the office but that she would route the fax to the appropriate contact person. I also called the Medford DWP office and left a message for Scott Curry. ACTION NEEDED: Dept. of Ag. Staff to follow-up. | ||
